Add files via upload

Some small changes have been made to the "Accented Letters with Dot Below" section, and the "Miscellaneous Symbols and Dingbats" and "Dingbat Negative Circled Digits" sections have been removed, since they are not that consistent (will be still available in the 'legacy' version instead).
